The Pilates principle of core stabilization addresses posture, muscle performance and motor control – the same concepts that form the basis of most rehabilitation and therapy. I refer a lot of patients to Sam Hobbs including my wife who is currently working through a pre natal pregnancy course, Sam has helped many of my patients rehabilitate through their injury and to prevent further occurrence. Sam offers a variety of courses and classes to help the needs of the individual from pre/post natal to general aches and weight loss.
